Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

I need to cancel my membership. Can I do that?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. However, once your yearly, quarterly, or monthly fee has been charged, we are unable to process a refund. Be sure to cancel before your renew date.


I've already purchase some courses. Can I get refund on them if I upgrade to a membership?

Unfortunately, no. Any purchases prior to your membership enrollment are not eligible for refund.
